I have Masters in Management and Diploma of Professional Retraining in Psychology and Psychotherapy; I am a licensed NLP practitioner® and ThetaHealing practitioner®, and have certifications in courses like "Personal History Psychotherapy," "Interpersonal Relationship Psychotherapy," and "Existential Problems Psychotherapy" from the Institute of Innovation Psychotechnologies by Professor S. V. Kovalev.

Over the course of a 25-year career in business, I have progressed from a marketing manager in the local market to a global senior director of digital innovations at the headquarters of a Swedish company.

I have led large-scale projects, managed international teams, and fostered productive interactions with employees, colleagues, management, and contractors from many countries—from Europe and the CIS to Southeast Asia, India, China, Turkey, Africa, and South America.

Nine years ago, I delved into the study of psychology, particularly neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Over these years, I have successfully used NLP methods to overcome mental barriers and unlock potential both in my professional activities and personal life. With experience in personal therapy and coaching, I have developed psychological resilience and a deep understanding of client issues.

I am 47 years old. I am married to a Swede and have lived in Sweden for 14 years. My husband and I love to travel, discover new cultures and traditions, and have visited over 50 countries. I am a citizen of the world, and my close friends live in various corners of the globe. I know firsthand the issues of immigration, adaptation, and socialization in another country. My international experience helps greatly in my work with clients from different countries.

I have traversed a long and sometimes thorny path in business and personal life, gaining invaluable knowledge, life experience, and wisdom.
