Counseling and coaching
WEEKLY SESSIONS PACKAGES
- Recommended format for personal issues counseling is weekly meetings over several months. This approach proved to give the best results. There are packages of eight or twelve 90-minute weekly sessions.
- Recommended coaching format for those with a goal to achieve in the medium term, eager to accelerate changes and willing to invest time in preparing for each session to achieve results as quickly as possible. Depending on the goal, four to eight 90-minute weekly sessions may be needed.
LONG-TERM COACHING PROGRAMS
Business coaching
- Annual coaching programs are suitable for those setting substantial goals and wanting to methodically move toward them without losing focus on operational tasks. This is carried out through a structured program tailored to you.
- I offer development programs for mid-level managers and executives.
- Meetings every 3−6 weeks, 90 minutes each.
Business coaching and mentoring
ONE-TIME CRISIS MANAGEMENT SESSION
- Crisis management coaching: for urgent business cases to analyze a specific situation in business and relationships between parties, understand possible steps, limitations, and opportunities, and boost internal resources to resolve the situation in the direction you need. The number of hours for such a session is determined based on the complexity and can range from 4 hours or more.
